Tim Blanks is a Canadian-New Zealander fashion journalist, broadcaster and writer. He covers fashion's personalities, as well as the seasonal runway shows. During the prior decade, he fulfilled the same function at Condé Nast's Style.com. From 1989 to 2005, Tim hosted the CBC's globally syndicated show Fashion File. In 2013, he received the Media Award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America. He has been Editor-at-Large of The Business of Fashion since 2016 and became Mentor of the Master in Fashion Critique and Curation at Polimoda fashion school in Florence, Italy in 2017.
